  Trek has an amazing showroom, knowledgable staff, and a great selection of bikes. I purchased a large mens cruiser recently. I rode it the morning after I purchased it and noticed the chain clicking and pedals sticking. I connected with Trek and they said to bring it in. I did and they informed me they sold me a bike with the wrong parts on it, and that they would order the correct parts and replace them. I brought the bike back in 10 days later when they called telling me the parts had arrived. I picked the bike up when they said it was ready. When I arrived home and took it for a spin, the clicking of the chain and pedal sticking was more intense than before, and the chain fell off. I connected with Trek and they told me the bike was perfectly fine and that they rode it for a full ten minutes before I picked it up. After explaining my frustration and listening to the manager yell at me and claim I was lying, I asked if I could return the bike for a refund. He said no as he sold me a perfectly working bike. I asked if I could return it and upgrade it to a better bike. There is no better bike as I bought the best and again he said he sold me a perfectly working bike. I asked if he could come and pick it up and take a look at it, as I had already rented 2 cars to bring it in to be fixed twice, (the first time I returned home with it as the parts would not be in for 10 days and it is my only mode of transportation). He said he would come pick it up in 2 days; that was 4 days ago and I have not heard from him or anyone else at Trek. I realize this morning that time and energy is worth more than money. I will be walking my bike over to my local bicycle repair shop (Paul's bicycle repair) where I have always received excellent service and will pay to have my new bicycle repaired and the correct parts placed on it. I will also see if they can order the extra men's cruiser bicycle, 3 kickstands, 3 baskets with rear support systems, and 4 bells that I had planned to purchase from Trek. Some basic customer service could have made my experience very different, could have brought them an extra thousand dollars this month, and could have given them a lifelong customer.

  I have had several experiences with the Trek store in the past 2 years. I've had bikes repaired and maintained there. The service was quick and the work well done. We bought a new Felt road bike there this spring for my 12yo daughter. The price was excellent. Aiden and Matt did a great job with her bike fit. This would be our 3rd bike fit at the shop and have been happy with them all. We have also been regular participants on their Wednesday evening group rides. It's been a great way to improve as a cyclist. All around, we've been happy with the store and service. Keep up the good work!

  Have been shopping here for the last few years. I've purchased 4 bikes, shoes, helmets and lots of supplies. I've also had bikes upgraded, built and serviced multiple times. All great experiences. I've also had a fitting done that completely improved my ride and comfort. I had so many things wrong with my setup!

  The staff have been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Steered me away from poor choices and really understood my needs. They've also gone above and beyond a few times for me which I greatly appreciate.

  Located a hard to find part for me and I was able to finish an upgrade on my bike without needing to wait for the part to be shipped. They let me know if the fit wasn't right I could bring it back for a refund. After trying it out when I got home it fit like a glove. Made my day, thanks Trek!
