    Customer service that's hard to beat, personally I go out of my way to visit their shop and do business with them. I did notice some fresh faces that don't appear to be extremely knowledgeable, but with time comes experience, I'd say if you're alittle unsure/sceptical, ask for one of the more experienced mechanics there to help you out. Overall I have nothing bad to say not then, great group of people to do business with

    Spent a day finding a bicycle at 8 or so bike stores. Of the most reasonably priced stores in London and great service; with very friendly environment set by staff and the owner seems very passionate. Could be some more variety for the extreme bikers it seemed but Each bike is looked over before going out, so that says something. After purchasing, I kinda scratch the bike I bought and they even gave me a nice free sticker to cover it up. If you're buying a bike, this is should be on your list of stores to check FORSURE!

    Been going there since the first little place he had on First Street.( This is the 3rd place) It's nice to see a business grow. These guys & gal will do all they can for you when finding the bike of your dreams or fixing yours to almost brand new. They'll even try a request to see if it can be done. First Cycleworks is awesome!

    Great small business with very knowledgeable staff who are willing to help you find the right bike to fit your budget and needs. Great selection of bikes and accessories/parts

    I went here to have a missing spoke replaced and wheel trued. Great service. Fair prices. Dropped my wheel off and was told my springs were missing on the quick release. Picked up my wheel the next morning and wheel is straight as can be, New matching spoke, And also new springs on my quick release without charge. Owner could have easily left it but just shows the quality of service when going here.
