  I recently used a groupon package and was treated no differently as if I had paid full price. Gladys did an amazing job and the team made special accommodation for me even though they were quite busy. It's a very warm and friendly atmosphere that is very welcoming and they go above and beyond to ensure you are comfortable. All the products they use are top of the line and they take the time to explain each process and genuinely try to help you with any concerns. I will definitely be going back there. Great spa, great people and fantastic service !

  Gladys was great ! I had a Groupon package that was purchased for me and the services were amazing. The facial was amazing! Gladys explained everything about the products and procedure. The massage was fabulous! I will definitely be returning to see Gladys as soon as I can again:)

  They were nice, but the story between my first to second laser treatment was beyond frustrating. I had clearly stated what I was looking for at my consultation and was assured it could be provided with an affordable package, only to be told the second visit that i needed to pay another 200 for the what I had originally requested. My original package was literally a completely useless purchase for me, and I am appalled to notice my hair growth in the treated areas has doubled? A friend of mine who works at a spa in Toronto says that its a side effect of inappropriate light settings and too short of a treatment time (one second instead of three or four) Pretty shamed about throwing my money away now

  Katina is the best! I went to her based on Google's reviews and they were spot on! I've been going to her since January and I'll get her signature non surgical face lift which is amazing. She leaves your skin feeling clean, smooth and radiant. Katina is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and professional. I always learn something new after visiting her, she's great at giving me advice on how to maintain my skin in between visits. I also really like the products that she uses so I usually buy something from her before I leave. I'm hoping to try her other services soon. This is definitely worth a visit!
