    Cant speak on behalf of this branch specifically because I haven't been but I bank with Tangerine and have honestly had no troubles at all. Its all online and through the phone but have the occasional branch. I will still use Tangerine because they are always able to help out!

    If I could give a lower star rating I would. Every interactionI have ever had with Tangerine has been sub par at best. The "processes" that employees need to follow when speaking on the phone with you are absolutely ridiculous. My last conversation with them was to call in about an unauthorized debit to my chequing account to put a payment on my credit card - I have not set up pre-authorized payments as I no longer do my primary banking with Tangerine (due to the hassle of having to talk to someone over the phone, I would rather be my banking with the big 5). I have been on hold for 45+ minutes while they try to figure out what happened. Instead of simply giving me my money back they had no right to take. I will be moving all my banking elsewhere due to this. I recommend not banking with them. Their customer service is absolutely awful
